Admin

Set up the master jobs list in SharePoint.

Creates the Jobs and People lists on AH Site with all required columns. Runs once per tenant.

Adds any new columns introduced by app updates to the existing Jobs list. Only adds — never removes.

Set Job Type = "Other" on every job that currently has no Job Type (legacy data). Safe to re-run — only touches empty fields.

Scan AH Office and AH Site for existing job folders and link them as registry entries. Run once after Initialise.
